We pride ourselves on our passion for food. Our reputation has grown because we refuse to compromise on quality and freshness. We started out this venture to bring an excellence in the whole food experience from farm to fork which we are proud to put our name to. Our enthusiasm spills over into our customer service and approachability. Our commitment to using environmentally friendly packaging and ensuring food miles are kept to a minimum is a key part of our strategy.
All our meat products are handmade in our prep kitchen using quality meats. Our sauces, coleslaw and other products are freshly produced on a daily basis and are all gluten and nut free. Our meats are prepared by hand, and shaped to fit our baguettes. There are no preservatives in any of our products.
The farmers we source our meat from know it is very important to us how their animals are bred and raised. All our meats are Red Tractor and RSPCA affiliated. We believe animals should be grown slowly; not force fed and given growth enhancers. Ensuring the animals have been raised to the highest standard gives us confidence and pride in our base product.
All our handmade sauces are made to compliment our meats. They are gluten and nut free, and suitable for vegetarians.
Our packaging is made for us by EnviroPack.org. They use only sustainable timber to create the packaging and it is all recyclable.
We also offer an extensive outside catering service for all events from large to small.
